Amanda Davis will be the instructor for this class to be held at Blue Mountain Mercantile.
Cost $25 includes all supplies including 2 skulls. Extra skulls available for $5.

Crafty Quilters

Craft Memorial Library’s Crafty Quilters will meet from 10:00 a.m. until noon. This is a great class for those that want to learn to quilt or quilt and are looking for a new project! The group meets the second Saturday of each month and registration is required. For more information, please call 304.325.3943.

Bluefield College “Celebration of Appalachia”


Bluefield College will host its annual “Celebration of Appalachia,” culminating as always, with the traditional daylong Appalachian Festival. Open to the community at-large and featuring local artists, crafters, musicians, cooks, authors, storytellers, outdoorsmen and other vendors and talents, the Appalachian Festival will run from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. For more information: Interested vendors are invited to contact the college for a vendor application. Vendor applications must be submitted no later than March 28.

2016 Spring Fling – This weekend event is open to all bikers, all cagers, and all those who just like great blues music, food, fun and fellowship. All proceeds raised from Nianne’s Ride for the Kids will benefit Foster Care Association.

• 5:45 pm – ride to CFC – prayer/blessings
• 6:30pm – “Grab Grub” – (Bellacino’s is giving us discount)
Saturday, April 9
• 8:00 am……………….Ride Registration
• 9:30 am………….Kickstands Up
• 12:30-12:45 pm………….Return from Ride/Lunch
• 1:00-2:00 pm..……………..SaltShakers Blues Revue
• 2:00 pm………………50/50 and door Prize Drawings
• 2:30 pm………………Break
******Group Ride to Cole Harley/East River Mtn. Overlook
******Elder’s Ride w/P.Z. (and spouses) to Brush Ck. Falls
Note: We will try to stick to these times as close as possible, but will be flexible in adjustments if needed
