The City of Bluefield, West Virginia welcomes you to one of the largest light shows in the two Virginias--over 600,000 lights transformed into a showcase of holiday themes that are sure to touch the hearts of every visitor. Admission is free; however donations are accepted as vehicles exit the park and are greatly appreciated. Holiday of Light Activities
•December 5, 12, 19, 26: Hayrides with Santa, Elf and the Farmer ($3/person) and Bonfire. Time: 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.
•December 6, 13, 20, 27: A walk through the park at the Holiday of Lights Festival in Bluefield. A unique viewing experience walking through our light display highlights the beauty of the holiday season. We invite you to marvel at over 700,000 lights while you take a stroll around the park. Time: 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. Park will open to vehicles at 6 p.m.
•December 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19: A Night in Bethlehem - Bring the entire family and join us on a journey to the Biblical City of Bethlehem. Be a part of history and witness the events that led up to the birth of Jesus Christ. Take a walk through the marketplace and visit the shops. Taste treats at the Bakery and Candy Shops. Participate in “hands-on” activities in the Pottery and Metal Working shops. Hang on to your coins for the Roman census and taxation (coins will be provided). 304-320-7099
•December 4, 11, 18 Santa and his elves at the Ridge Runner Train Station and Trolley will start in the parking lot outside the Holiday of Lights entrance. This will include a visit with Santa and an open-air trolley ride to enjoy 40 plus acres of beautiful light displays. Feel free to bring your camera.
